Order By order of June 8, 1993, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Vandervliet (Docket No. 93260). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on September 21, 1993, 444 Mich 52 (1993), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the circuit court's orders of October 22, 1992, denying the prosecution's motion to admit similar acts evidence. If issues regarding the admissibility of such evidence arise during further proceedings in these cases, the trial court shall consider those matters in light of People v Vandervliet, supra.
